MTM® Clear-Aligner

MTM® Clear-Aligner is the virtually undetectable way to align your smile without traditional braces. MTM® Clear-Aligner uses clear, removable aligners to correct slight misalignments (such as crowding or gaps). Each aligner is custom fabricated, per your doctor’s treatment plan, to progressively advance your teeth into their ideal position, leaving you with a healthy and beautiful smile. All for just a fraction of the time and cost of many other aligners or bracket treatments, including clear braces and invisible braces.

Crowns strengthen teeth, restore them to their original shape and improve their overall appearance. Crowns are also called “tooth caps” or “dental caps” since they fully cover the tooth from the gum line to the tip. Crowns are made from metal, porcelain or a combination thereof. If you need dental restoration for a damaged tooth, crowns might be just what you need to give you back your smile. To get your smile looking great as soon as possible, we offer same day non-metal crowns! This means you do not have to wait 3-4 weeks while living with temporary crowns.

If braces aren’t for you and you can’t wait years for a beautiful smile, veneers may be just what you need. Veneers, also called instant orthodontics, can correct your teeth in as little as two dental visits. Veneers are thin porcelain shells that are custom made to fit over the front of your teeth.

With veneers, crooked, gapped and crowded teeth can be something of the past. With our beautiful Empress veneers, you can get the perfect smile you’ve always wanted.

Dental Implants

Dental Implants

Dental implants are attached to the jawbone with titanium anchors. They are permanent solutions to replace damaged or missing teeth. They are much more secure and comfortable than bridges and dentures, which were previously the norm. With implants, you can eat what you want without the restrictions that temporary solutions pose.

Dental implants allow for less bone loss and damage to neighboring teeth, meaning fewer replacements or follow-up procedures. If properly maintained, implants can last a lifetime. The vast majority of patients who received dental implants over the past 20 years in the United States are happy with the choices they made, and report that they still work perfectly and feel great. Dental implants feel better, look better and improve your dental health and quality of life.

Tooth-Colored, Non-Metal Fillings

Tooth-Colored, Non-Metal Fillings

Metal fillings were our only choice when growing up. Today we can give you tooth-colored fillings which are far superior. They restore the strength and function of your teeth while looking natural and healthy.

The tooth-colored fillings have the following advantages over metal fillings:

  • Better sealing of the tooth
  • Better bonding with the remaining tooth, making it stronger
  • Require less of your own tooth to be removed
  • Barely visible since the filling looks just like your own teeth

During Endodontic Therapy, also called Root Canal Therapy, the pulp tissue from inside the tooth is removed. This mainly consists of nerve tissue and blood vessels. Endodontic Therapy is applied when the pulp tissue is irreversibly damaged by bacteria, which means you may lose the tooth. The pulp tissue can be damaged by decay, tooth fracture, very deep fillings and periodontal disease.

Current improved technology allows us to complete the treatment much more comfortably and faster than what was previously possible.

Teeth whitening can improve the appearance of your smile quickly and easily. Every person has a different tooth color, just like how our hair and skin colors are different. Some people have naturally whiter teeth than others.

It’s normal for our teeth to discolor over time, but they also get stained from factors such as:

  • Aging
  • Drinking coffee, tea, colas or red wine
  • Tobacco, both smoked and chewed
  • Eating pigmented foods such as blueberries and cherries
  • Plaque accumulation and tartar deposits
  • Being treated with the tetracycline antibiotic as a child
  • Ingesting too much fluoride while the teeth are still forming, which gives them a “mottled” look
  • Trauma to the teeth may cause brown, gray or black discoloration

Reasons you may want to consider whitening your teeth include:

  • You will look younger
  • A great smile can boost your self-confidence
  • Preparing for a special event such as a job interview or wedding
  • Making a great first impression
  • To simply reverse years of staining and yellowing that comes with aging

Whatever your reason for wanting whiter teeth, we can help you get your beautiful smile. There are different whitening techniques, so make sure to discuss them with Dr. Meri before you start any procedure. We offer Zoom!
